We have used Coolray for several years to service our air conditioner and heating systems and have always been very pleased with their work which is why I immediately contacted Mr. Plumber when we had a sewer problem yesterday. My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of John Matlock and Brandon Ward. They exemplify the definition of quality, professional employees who are also wonderful, kind people. My husband and I will recommend Mr. Plumber to anyone and everyone who is in need of plumbing services. Thank you, Mr. Plumber, for hiring such outstanding men.

Mr. Plumber was great!! Our main water line was ruptured by a lawn maintenance crew. The water had to be cutoff to our house. While every other plumber I called said the first time they had available was in 2 days, Mr. Plumber was able to get someone to my house and have the water line repaired within an hour!!

Had a minor sink clog. The person scheduling the call couldn't answer a question, said that she didn't want to guess, and would have her manager call back soon. He did, answered my question and scheduled the appointment. I received a reminder call the day before, and a call when the plumber was on his way. Greg arrived within the scheduled time, despite the rain and traffic and could not be nicer. He cleared the drain quickly and did not try to upsell me at all.

He had a tool that got it cleared out in 30 minutes after he was here. I have not had any problems since. He even honored an advertised price he was not aware of. Very professional and I would recommend them.

Mr. Plumber came to our rescue when we needed our fixtures replaced in our bathroom. GREAT COMPANY!!! We will recommend them to all of our friends and family.

I found the guys from Coolray & Mr. Plumber to be very courteous and professional. They were here on time and got right to it.
