HVAC technicians and equipment installers with residential or light commercial experience are the backbone of our HVAC operation. And by the way, ours is the biggest and best in the city. In addition to a great attitude, the willingness to learn something new every day and the understanding that no matter what, we ALWAYS do the right thing for our customers, you must be capable of diagnosing and troubleshooting air conditioners, gas furnaces, heat pumps and installing residential split HVAC and gas furnaces combinations. Must be EPA certified. Of course, your N.A.T.E certification is a plus. Valid Georgia driver’s license required.

Lead Coordinators

Coolray Lead Coordinators are an essential part of the Coolray Sales Department as they work as the first point of contact with the client looking to schedule. The Lead Coordinator is expected to provide a world class customer experience when coordinating a Plumber appointment to go over products to resolve their home comfort needs. 

Lead Generators

Our Coolray Lead Generators must possess the ability to identify potential customers who have needs for our air conditioning and heating products within the Home Depot store environment without being pushy or over-bearing. We are looking for people who can easily relate to others. We support you with the best possible training and resources to make yourself a success. In the role you will qualify potential customers through open, friendly, and engaging dialogue and seeks to establish a sales appointment for your sales teammates.
