Mr. Plumber was great!! Our main water line was ruptured by a lawn maintenance crew. The water had to be cut off to our house. While every other plumber I called said the first time they had available was in 2 days, Mr. Plumber was able to get someone to my house and have the water line repaired within an hour!!

I had a minor sink clog. The person scheduling the call couldn't answer a question, said that she didn't want to guess, and would have her manager call back soon. He did, answered my question and scheduled the appointment. I received a reminder call the day before, and a call when the plumber was on his way. Greg arrived within the scheduled time, despite the rain and traffic and could not be nicer. He cleared the drain quickly and did not try to upsell me at all.
